About Me
From a struggling student to Global Sales Manager to international Career Counselor
My story shows students that background, grades, or looks do not define success in life.
I was disoriented, had poor grades, and ended up in a low-level school track in Germany without perspective or a plan, but I found my way! By the age of 24 I became a Global Sales Manager, later I founded my own company, and today I am giving lectures in schools worldwide.
Because I faced so many obstacles myself, my story resonates deeply with the students. They realize: If someone like me could make it, so can they.
Today, I also reach over 140,000 followers across social media. It is a strong sign of how much my message inspires young people.
My Roots
I was born in Pakistan in 1993 and moved to Germany with my family, when I was 3 years old. My school years were tough: bad grades, lack of direction, and eventually being sent to the lowest school track. I had no plan for my life.
A wrong start
After secondary school, I started an apprenticeship as a model mechanic (suggested by the job advisor). But I quickly realized it wasn’t my path. I dropped out and went back to complete my middle school diploma and then advanced to high school.
The turning point
During this time, I took an internship seriously for the first time. While I used to skip internships before, I now discovered the profession of Sales Manager. For the first time, I had a direction in life. I knew: This is what I want to become!
My rise
After completing school, I started an apprenticeship in industrial management. Just three months after graduation, I was closing major deals and was promoted to Global Sales Manager at the age of 24. This experience taught me the power of having a clear vision.
New passions
But my journey didn’t stop there. I discovered my passion for web design, founded my own company, and went international. Today, I also give lectures worldwide, sharing with students what I once missed: orientation, motivation, and belief in one’s own strengths.
The message for students
My story motivates students most because they see: there was someone just as lost as them, who faced the same struggles and didn’t give up. My message: “If I could do it, you can too.”

My Book
In my book, I collected all the tips I wish I had as a student. It’s a practical guide for young people who want to take responsibility, discover their strengths, and build a successful, fulfilling life.

I don’t just offer my lectures in German-speaking countries (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), but also across Europe and worldwide.
This is possible because I speak several languages: German, English, Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi, and some Arabic. This way, I can connect with young people in their own language and show them: Your background does not define your future.
My goal is to inspire the youth everywhere to take responsibility and create something wonderful for themselves and the world.
