About me

I’m Coach Hays, I grew up in Germany with the German mindset, where hard work, structure, and discipline are part of everyday life.

Only with that mindset I was able to be succesfull! With 24 years I became the youngest Global Sales Manager in the history of the company. Through football I learned most of the important lessons for success, wich I am also teaching in schools in Germany and all over the world. Even in Abu Dhabi I am giving lectures in schools. I am combining German coaching excellence with personal development.

I believe football is more than a game. It’s a school of life.
Through every session, I teach kids how to make strong decisions, respect their parents, stay focused, and build the mindset of success!
